Stop Eating Chick Fil-A!
Many people aren't aware of the chemicals this company has added to their food!
First and foremost, I want to say Chick-fil-A was one of my favorite fast-food places. Once I found out what type of chemicals they inject in their food to keep people buying it (similar to McDonald's see my other posts to read), I stopped eating there. I still like the milkshakes and drinks, but anything food-related, unless it’s a salad or fruit, I won’t be eating it from there.
It’s been reported that the reason their food is so addictive is because they add MSG(monosodium glutamate). This ingredient enhances and increases cravings for certain foods to which it is added. There have been reports to the FDA where people have reported that foods they’ve had with this ingredient have been linked to weight gain, headaches, face pressure, chest pain, etc.
Chick-fil-A’s food also has a lot of artificial dyes such as Blue-1 and Yellow 5. Yellow 5 is linked to allergy problems and hyperactivity in children. Blue-1 is linked to hyperactivity and an increased risk of Kidney Tumors!
Not to mention, Chick-fil-A’s classic chicken sandwich has about 55 different ingredients inside of it. Here’s a look at what they’re adding to your food:
Ask yourself, do you think adding all these ingredients to the food they serve is necessary? No, it’s not. The reason they do is so that the food doesn’t spoil as quickly, the added chemical flavors increase people’s tastebuds for their food to keep people coming back and this is all at the expense of having more money in their pockets. They don’t care about your health, but you should!
You may be saying now,” Well that’s just the sandwich, what about the other foods on the menu"?” My response is that you can catch on to know that if they’re doing that to one of their famous foods, it’s the same thing with anything else they serve, from the Mac & Cheese, the chicken biscuits, the french fries, etc.

Now this post isn’t to put Chick-fil-A down in any way, but to have you thinking twice before you think of ordering from them again! It’s best to try to cut out fast food altogether from your diet, or if need be go to one of these places (Chipotle, Shake Shack, subway) that don’t have extra added chemicals for their ingredients.
I hope I’ve given you something to think about. Perhaps try cooking more at home or going to sit-down restaurants where they prepare the food. Truth be told, most fast food restaurants aren’t feeding you real food.
